We offer standard delivery with Royal Mail / My Hermes throughout the UK, next day delivery is available through DPD from £1.95
Please note deliveries are dispatched Monday - Friday, next day delivery is available on any purchase made before 2pm
On dispatch we will send an email with all your tracking details, if you choose DPD next day a text message will also be sent on the morning of delivery, along with a 1 hour allocated slot.
If your item has been damaged in transit please take pictures of any damage and please inform us by emailing email@example.com
We try and replace any items damaged by a courier within 48 hours.
All packages will be shipped by DPD Local, Royail Mail, Hermes or XDP express.
All standard and next day services will be dispatched between Monday - Friday
Please note public holidays will effect dispatch and delivery times.
Saturday delivery is available on request.
However, please be informed that we cannot change your delivery address after an order has been dispatched.

Gift cards purchased through the website normally expire 2 years after purchase, please check the original email when the order was places

You can unsubscribe by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the end of any promotional email. On click, you will navigate to the un-subscription page on the website where once you enter the reason for un-subscription and click 'Unsubscribe', you can start a new shopping journey.
Payment & Refunds
We accept all major credit & debit cards, amex & paypal is also available.
You can also pay via direct bank transfer, please email our customer service team on email@example.com
We also accept cash & cheque in store, please be aware cheques will take 5-10 working days for clearance, please be aware your order will not be dispatched until this has cleared.
Refunds take 3-5 working days to go back to the payment method used.
Refunds made via bank transfer will take 24 hours.
International refunds can take 5-10 working days after processing.
When you place an order on our website, we will reply to you with an email confirming your order and all delivery and billing address details, including all the items you have ordered.
Please check that all the information is correct on this confirmation email as incorrect information can cause delays on your order.
Coronavirus service impacts
Currently there are no expected impact on delivery times or schedules, any delivery times will be updated if further restrctions are placed.
We currently use Royal Mail & DPD as our two main services.
Our store is currently open to the public, please be aware covid safe guidelines are in place, and wait times during busy periods to get in store are possible.
Yes you can, In line with our returns policy, any products you return will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your store receipt or confirmation email.
The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be:
• unused (with any tags still attached) • in original packaging • in a resaleable condition
Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid on card, it can take up to 5 days to appear back in your account. PayPal refunds can take up to 30 days.
Please note, for the safety of our customers and colleagues, we’re currently unable to accept larger 2-man items in-store. You can arrange for collections of large items, however these are subject to delays
