Refund & Returns
We offer no hassle 14-day returns, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.
Return of Unwanted Orders
To be eligible for a return in the first 14 days, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
After this time most items are covered by a minimum of a 12 month warranty, this covers the item from the purchase date for repair or replacement.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by post or phone (01204263012) with your order number and we will provide the return address.
Any parcel returned to us without authorisation will be refused.
It is the customer's responsibility for the return shipping cost and to take reasonable care and ensure the items returned are received by we love baby in the original state, unused and undamaged. Do not dispose of any of the original packaging if you are wanting to return your products.
We cannot accept a return on any personal hygiene items such as breast pumps, mattress’s, thermometers, sterilisers, bottle warmers where the original packaging has been opened/unsealed or used.
We recommend returning items using our preferred courier DPD or a similar tracked service.

Furniture & Bulky Collections
Please note if your item arrives and is damaged please sign for your parcel as damaged, please check the contents of the product on arrival within 7 days, if any damages are present please email or call us and we will arrange replacements, if replacements are not available the return is free of charge, if you are offered replacements but would still like to cancel your order this is still a change of mind return.
Please note any change of mind returns are still chargeable at the below costs.
Please see below in the table collection charges and weights. Collections made by our courier DPD or XDP are attempted between the hours of 8am and 6pm. All packages must be made available and boxed securely. Collections which are missed/or items that are not ready will have to be rebooked and charged at £10.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund gift cards.
If the product you have purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with the Consumer Right Act 2015. You will be required to provide proof of purchase such as your receipt, order confirmation email or sales invoice. These rights are non-transferable.
Refunds will be issued within 24 hours of the items return apart from weekends and bank holidays, please be aware refunds can take 3-5 working days to go back to the original payment method.
